Bryggans Bistro and Cafe is open all year around and offers a varying cousin, ranging from sandwiches to our famous shellfish soup. The year is finalized with a Christmas smorgasbord. Evert Tapas is our local favourite. Here we offer small Spanish dishes. At our night club Upper deck you may enjoy the best viewpoint in Fjällbacka, aswell as a joyful nightlife. Besides our tasteful food, we offer 10 pleasant rooms, good opportunities for hosting conference groups up till 25 people.

We have a multitude of various restaurants offering a varied cousin and orientation. Therefore we are looking for chefs of various qualifications. You are expected to work as part of a group, it is therefore essential that you know how to be a team player. Working hours include day- and evening time and the length of employment can vary depending on our contract. As an employee you may lease staff accommodation.

There is also a possibility that the employment may develop into a kitchen manager or sous chef position, since we are currently looking to strengthen our kitchen organization.
